A title can be anything you want. Think of your page as a book. What would you name it? If you do not have a set title you can mention that on your order form and I can give you a few to pick from.

WHAT IS JOURNALING?

It is just that, journaling! What comes to mind when you look at your pictures? It can be as simple as the date or names of subjects in the picture or as long as a story that happened that day. You may not always remember those thoughts so journaling will preserve those cherished memories.

When journaling you can write it from your perspective or from the perspective of the person in the picture.

You could also be creative and choose a definition, saying or a poem.

CAN I HAVE BOTH A TITLE AND JOURNALING?

Sure. You can have as much or as little as you want space permitting. If you have too much journaling the size of the font may be smaller and harder to read.

DO I HAVE TO HAVE A TITLE OR JOURNALING?

No. I do advise having a title or journaling but some pages may not need a thing. If you have a few pictures on your page it may be too busy if you add both. If the pictures are self-explanatory then you probably don’t need to journal unless you want to.

WHAT IF I DON’T KNOW WHAT COLORS FOR MY PAGE?

If you don’t know what colors you want you can just mention that in your order and I will pick colors that I think would look best with your photos. I prefer doing this but I am working for you and want you to be happy with the finished product.

Look at your pictures, not the subjects but the colors in the pictures. If your pictures are black and white or you would like them to be, most colors will look good. Look for the lesser colors in the picture. You don’t want to draw attention to the design, you want the design to compliment to picture and make it pop.

If you have an idea of what colors you like let me know and I can work to accommodate them.

HOW DO I SEND PAYMENT?

After you receive your proof and approval response is received you will be sent an e-mail with payment instructions. Credit cards, Paypal, money orders and checks are accepted. Prints will not be sent until payment clears.

DO YOU RUN SPECIALS OR GIVE DISCOUNTS?

Yes, if you sign up for the mailing list you will receive e-mails about the current specials. If you don't want to place an order but would like to sign up for the mailing list enter your information on the order form and in Additional Comments please type 'Mailing list only'. All specials will be available for mailing list customers.

CAN YOU CROP PICTURES OR CORRECT THINGS LIKE RED EYE?

Yes, checking red eye is standard. It may not always be possible to fix red eye but that is rare. You will be notified if that is the case. Your pictures may or may not be cropped. If you specifically want something cropped out please put that on your order form.

CAN MY PICTURE BE CHANGED TO BLACK AND WHITE OR SEPIA?

Yes, just state that on the order form under Additional Comments.

WHAT CAN I SCRAPBOOK?

Anything you can take pictures of. Pets, children, holidays, parties, home, vacations, milestones, or everyday events. If it is special enough to have pictures of, it is special enough to scrapbook.

Within 72 hours you will be e-mailed your proof.

Your scrapbook paper order will be mailed out within 3 days from when your order was placed.

CAN I ORDER SAMPLES OF DIGITAL PRINTS?

Yes, you will be sent two luster (glossy) prints and two metallic prints. Please check the SAMPLES page for pricing.

CAN I ORDER SAMPLES OF SCRAPBOOK PAPER?

Yes, you will be sent 10 miniature sheets from various kits.
